1. Definitions

Goods means the goods which A Little Bit of Art is to supply to you in accordance with these Terms;
Order means an order placed through the Website

2. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit or debit card. All transactions via the Website are completed through Paypal. Delivery charges are set out at the time the Order is made.
A Little Bit of Art is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping.
3. Order & Delivery
The quantity, description and/or other specification for the Goods shall be that as set out in the Order.
You are responsible for checking and satisfying yourself that any specification given is accurate.
A Little Bit of Art cannot accept responsibility for errors in any specification or details supplied by you.
In the event that any A Little Bit of Art item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, A Little Bit of Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for the Goods listed at the incorrect price. A Little Bit of Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Order is cancelled, A Little Bit of Art shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
All UK Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded mail (signed for) or Special Delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order and full payment provided the item is in stock.
Please note that some items are printed to order and so delivery times for these items will take longer. We will advise you on the length of deliver time on those Orders.
We will email you when the item has been dispatched.
A Little Bit of Art shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused.
4. International orders
All international Orders require an additional shipping fee not included in the automatic PAYPAL shipping charge. If you live outside the UK and want to place an Order, we can either invoice you for the postage to be paid by bank transfer or invoice you for the additional amount through Paypal. Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the artwork and we will inform you of the postal charges before invoicing. International Orders that do not include the additional shipping fee will not be processed until full payment is received. Full payment must be received within 72 hours of the purchase date.
A Little Bit of Art is not responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes in relationship to your Order are your responsibility.
5. Prices
You agree to pay the Price for the Goods at the time of placing the Order.
If there is any increase in the cost to A Little Bit of Art which is due to any factor beyond our control A Little Bit of Art may advise you of an increase to the Price of the Goods at any time prior to delivery. You shall then be entitled to cancel your Order by notifying A Little Bit of Art.
6. Warranties
A Little Bit of Art is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the Goods over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
7. Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury A Little Bit of Art’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. A Little Bit of Art shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if A Little Bit of Art has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
8. Availability of the Website and Goods & Viruses
A Little Bit of Art will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.
A Little Bit of Art makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Website however, it cannot ensure such exclusion and not liability is accepted for damage caused through downloading of viruses. We recommend that you take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the Website.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the Website are owned by A Little Bit of Art. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this Website are the property of their owners. All work in the nature of databases attract database rights.
10. Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Any personal information you provide to A Little Bit of Art including your email address, delivery address and credit card details will be held by A Little Bit of Art for the purposes of processing and completing your Order [and also to provide you with news and information from A Little Bit of Art including offers and products that may be of interest you. A Little Bit of Art acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party except where necessary to complete your Order or where required to do so by law. As a matter of good practice we do not sell your personal information to others.

14. Returns and Exchange
You have the right to return Goods purchased via the Website if you are a consumer and as long as you meet certain conditions.
If you do wish to return the Goods then you must notify A Little Bit of Art of your intention to do so by emailing info@alittlebitofart.co.uk The email and the return of the Goods must be within of receipt of the Goods by you.
A Little Bit of Art cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned Goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item to us we would strongly recommend that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service.
If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
